I just wanted to follow up to thank you both with completion of the installation of the spoiler for our Passat at Cooley VW. I really want to commend both of you for honoring your deal with us and following up as things weren't happening. It is something that is not seen these days with most dealers and as I said, I would recommend you guys and your dealership to others. Even though I can't afford a new TDI right now I will seek you out when I can go forward. In the meantime, if by chance you get a used manual trans. TDI ('06 and newer) let me know and we can see if I can make a deal. Thanks again and I wish you well in the future.

Yesterday I bought a "Pre-loved" Passat wagon from Patrick VW in Auburn. This purchase came after a few months of research and multiple "visits" to check out other dealers around Massachusetts. My experience with Jack and James at Patrick VW was simply unparalleled. I walked out of a few other dealers at the last moment because of the surprise additional costs and revealed misrepresentations, and flat out lies. Not at Patrick! In less than an hour, they helped me find the right car and the price we negotiated was the price I actually paid. Many thanks to all of the staff at Patrick--it is well worth the trip from the Boston area to Auburn. If you are sick of being mistreated and scammed by car dealers, head to Patrick and meet honest and knowledgable staff who seem to like people more
than they like selling cars!

500,000 kilometers! [ march  2009 ]
 
On January 22, 1985, I purchased a 1984 900 Turbo "executive driven" automobile from Patrick Motors back at your Temple Street location. It was driven by a Saab America executive and was delivered to me as new with 7,350 miles on it. I am pleased and extremely proud to report that after 25 years, the vehicle has surpassed the 500,000 kilometer mark! Over the years, I have logged 111 maintenance operations. Most of the have been preventive maintenance or routine maintenance such as new tires or oil changes every 4,000 miles. Only once, when the water pump died at mile 149,397 did I ever get stuck at the side of the road. Today, with consistent mileage in the 28-31 miles per gallon range, she is still my workhorse of choise and a rtue joy to drive. Driver and car as one as we climb Mt. Wachusett on a daily basis. True, she is showing her age, is in want of new paint and there is a bit of rust on the undercarriage but I wouldn't trade her for the world. I look forward to writing you again when Madame Saab surpasses the 1,000,000 kilometer mark!

I purchased a 2004 Saab 9-3 about a year ago from another dealership. Since then I've had some minor issues with my vehicle, that have been taken care of by your dealership. I have been so impressed with the service that I have received; from the waiting area with wireless service, to the comfortable seats, to the loaner, to the shuttle van and in the lobby and polite customer service! I have had other vehicles serviced at other dealerships and would wait and wait for my vehicle to be finished. I was in yesterday, Kim assured me that my vehicle would be finished an hour before I needed it. My vehicle is always returned to me washed. I can't say enough about how happy I am with the service you folks provide. I will definately purchase my next vehicle through you and I will refer you to my closest friends! My only regret was not purchasing my vehicle from youre dealership.

Outstanding, The sales professionals at this dealership met all of my expectations! They gave the best price up front, no games. No other dealer could match it. I got 10 price quotes and some of the other dealers even told me that the price Patrick's gave me was not a real price and they would change their deal once I got there. Needless to say, they gave me the vehicle at the price they quoted me! My salesman was Jay Nicosia and he was terrific.

I needed a new car when my car started becoming a money pit. I dealt with the used car manager, Aaron. He was great and really helped me out. He was able to locate a vehicle from their other store for me that fit my price point and was very low miles. Everyone that I spoke to at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for a car. I have already referred friends and family. My cousin bought a used BMW from Nate and was very happy with the service he received.

I went in with my wife to look at a new Jetta and was greeted by Dan Heckman. After many typical experiences at dealerships, i was expecting the same. i was totally wrong. Dan made the experience a memorable and fun one. very high energy without being pushy. Not only were we purchasing a car, but it was entertainment at its finest. Hi Al, This is Rochelle from New Hampshire- I just bought the gray Rabbit with alloys. I must say that I LOVE the car!!! It's what I really wanted and envisioned...which leads me to my reason for writing.

Yes, I know it was the end of the month and all, and sell cars at that time is critical for your business. But what set you guys apart for me from other VW dealerships I've dealt with was that you heard my requests, acknowledged what you heard, and you made it happen-despite it being something you'd have to make adjustments on your end. You guys didn't tell me that it wasn't available or that I would need to order certain things separately at additional cost. You kept it simple. That's what most customers want I would imagine-I know that's what I wanted and got!

I just wanted to say thanks for that-it made my car buying experience that much better and easier. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision I wasn't completely sure about or a second-best decision. It's nice to work with a dealer who keeps customer's desires top priority. You can bet that I'm telling people I know about this experience and where I bought my car!
